Hi, I’m Willy 🐢

You may know me from my influencer status and occasional lettuce-covered mouth but I’m just another African Sulcata Tortoise like all of you. After a few years at the Sulcata Rescue Ranch in San Diego, I decided to give LA a try and settled at The Haus Plant as my forever home.

I like to think I keep everything in order while these fools design beautiful works of living art that sometimes finds itself close enough to the ground for me to chomp on.

As of May 2025, I’m 7-years old and weigh a modest 60-pounds. My ‘owners’ say I’ll become quadruple that size with the amount of carrots and lettuce they’re feeding me. I say let’s make that happen.
